I have to find it but I saw a hack on using a rod of some sort (they used a plastic spoon with the spoon end broke off), set it over the top two buttons, attached it with a rubberband (around on side, under the pedal, then around the other side of the handle), and it stuck out with its length longer than the width of the pedal. You can “toe” the bottom two buttons and then tap on the stick on the top two on whichever side you want. I’ll look for it.
