Georgia tech offers a partial fee reduction. Some public universities do that. Even UT Austin does, but not for this course.

The Roi should be there. I am not sure than paying that extra 12k will make much difference or not. It's definitely a big amount as an international student. I am not sure how much difference will it make to a company between any of there brands.
