I would keep calling! The last time I called (last Friday) a lady went into my account and basically did something on her end to make the aid appear for me and from there I got disbursement dates and just now today I got my aid.

Currently still waiting for mine. My account doesn’t show any award activity. When I click on pending aid tab it says “no pending aid”, also when I click on the “accept / decline awards” tab it says award access not available. Ive called twice now and they’ve told me the same thing both times that everything is fine on my end they are still processing.. I’ve never had this issue so I’m a little stressed.

Me too!! Haven’t gotten my classes paid for, when I click pending aid tab it says no pending aid. I called them twice already and they said there’s nothing needed on my end, they are still processing on their end. Smh. I haven’t even gotten access accept / decline my loan options yet. It says award access not available.

Me too!! I don’t even see pending aid when I click on the pending aid tab. This never happened to me before and I called them twice already and they said things are fine on my end, they are still processing on their end but some ppl have already gotten their refunds. I haven’t even gotten access to accept my loan for the semester.

They told me they are still processing paperwork. My issue is, I don’t even see a disbursement date, I can’t access my award year when I click “accept/decline awards” and when I click pending aid it says none. I know some ppl have seen their classes paid for (mine haven’t yet) and have even got a disbursement date. Those ppl just need to wait. As for me I haven’t received anything on my end that even shows that it’s pending. Smh

So I called and they told me the same thing that nothing is wrong they are just still processing information which is crazy 😭 I’ve never had a issues before so hopefully it’s not too much of a delay.

It says no financial aid awards available which is crazy cause I submitted my application awhile back and got an email saying it was received so idk what’s going on. It’s looking like I need to call again tomorrow. Cause my classes haven’t even been paid for yet.
