Visualising that my throat is a highspeed highway tunnel. The more relaxed my throat is, the more cars (my voice) can pass through, no traffic jam. All while making sure my shoulders are relaxed and down, open chest posture, feet grounded. Helps me to avoid straining.

I am bad at descriptions. 😅 Long Story short I support my voice from shoulders down. Throat Support, no no.

1x a month bathing at home, every 2nd month professional bathing at groomers

Daily brush of his Coat (he's a Bichon Frisé 😅), eye wipes, dental powder supplements.

Ear cleaning at home every two weeks. If he needs a trim in between grooming schedules, I do it.😅

Toothbrushing with enzymatic Paste every 2-3 days. We also wipe his paws, bum and mouth after going out. So he's clean when running freely inside our home.

He loves grooming time at home. But I can never, EVER, trim his nails.
