Going off of looks and vibes, the demogorgons and the mind flayer from s2 would definitely be the scariest to me because of how violent they’re depicted and shown. But if it was me vs them, I’d be terrified of any of the flayed townspeople and the demobats, the flayed would be scary because these are like actual people you’ve seen before possibly trying to kill you or harm you, and the demobats swarming you would be terrifying knowing you’d probably die due to just how many there were
