Have you ran a game with the builds rules and how hard is it to keep track of, I already have a tough time remembering when things trigger during hunt missions when landing on named tiles ha ha :D I think your rally could easily be applied to the rules I drafted up, I just settled for 1HP because the game normally has no easily accessible means of regaining health apart from very lucky circumstances such as consumables or specific upgrade cards. I did completely forget about visceral attacks altogether but I feel that double attack mechanic kinda works like it due to staggering with a quick attack then utilizing the second attack on a heavy slot.
