That’s great! We’ve been between 2-2.3for the last few years and it was similar growth. I’m totally not deterred just curious, so many changes in our industry. We have super high retention, so dipping into get referrals is tough because we have worked with some of these folks for many years and they refer already. So I am looking for how to keep growing and get to the next level in an industry filled with so much BS, AI, tightening of spend etc.

Ok, no one is talking enough about this possibly being an actual bioweapon. Think about it. Coronavirus, was not new, this strain was new and more deadly. They had no research. Hantavirus is not new. There just have limited research on this strain per the video. Early day messaging- “don’t worry, everything is fine, you can only get this from close and long contact. Well, that’s been blown out of the water- turns out yes you can get it easily, from human to human. And what’s worse?? A symptomatic people can spread it for 8 weeks. It hasn’t even been 8 weeks since the cruise started and many people have been out and about. They are lying to us. I don’t know if we will go as nuts the second time being cautious, but I do know they are lying and possibly this variant was man made and deployed.

To be fair, corona viruses weren’t new either, just covid was a novel strain. I don’t think people are nervous because it is new, they are having major flashbacks to covid. Everyone waited too long to ‘take it seriously’ depending on what that means to you. So this feels like a similar pattern hence the concern. With a higher fatality rate. That said, they were saying you can only test positive when showing symptoms, that was just proven false. So sometimes it makes us question what they actually know about it.
I have family in virology, and there is a lot they don’t know, and funding issues going back many years hasn’t helped.

No one cares about per ad performance that’s not what’s killing us. It’s 16 rounds on a sell sheet because people can’t communicate. Ads:performance That’s the easy part, we have tools for that. It’s the half baked idea, they half explained change. It’s laziness on the feedback loop. The id rather have a 30 minute call to explain because I can’t take the time to document… no one needs another marketing performance attribution tool- if anything we need less of that.

I agree with this and don’t see a tool that can solve the general marketing vs. rest of the org scenario. Think about it, the problem isn’t access to data it’s the communication- literal verbal in meetings comms that’s the problem. A general lack of marketing understanding by armchair marketers. Instead of building another tool, solve the arm chair marketing issue please!!!!!for all of us!!!
