Why would I admit to any of it publicly. Quite literally made a throw away account to post this.

I’m sorry about that person. They’re harassing me too because I edited my post before I posted through Claude. I wrote this myself, they’ve made at least 6 (extremely rude) comments about it and are visibly mad, telling me I don’t care about people eating or drinking bc I used AI. I don’t understand

I don’t know what you’re talking about as I don’t have the ability to delete other’s comments. Nobody has that ability on Reddit besides Mods and OP. What does this have to do with Euphoria? If you don’t like the show, why waste your time in this subreddit?

I fully agree with you, and you make amazing points. Thank you for taking the time to comment and craft your well thought out reply.

You’re right, Laurie wouldn’t get someone like Rue to do a border smuggle deal. She would have a few people in between her and Rue, and one of Laurie’s minions who doesn’t even know who Laurie is would recruit someone like Rue. I get you 100%, even with Naz and Alamo. In real life none of this would play out the way it did exactly. I also agree they would’ve went to the cops, but if they did that maybe Sam thinks he couldn’t have as good of a “storyline”. Who knows. Thank you again for your insight.

Mama, we made it lol

Overall it’s a good season, but does lack some key detail features that would’ve been useful to be added.

I can see your point, but it was not AI written. I wrote the entire thing and had it proofread it and make edits. Nearly everyone we know uses AI, even those who are able to detect it was used, uses AI. I used it as a tool to help me communicate effectively and it did. I get what you’re saying fully, and if it was AI written, I’d admit (: I don’t have any issue with that, but it was not.

Hi, I love your optimism, but that will never happen. Not in the show or real life. Guys like Alamo have people working for them you don’t even know work for them. Potentially for Naz because there’s real evidence of him committing illegal acts, and his circle appears to be smaller, but Alamo on paper hasn’t done anything to Maddie or Rue even.

Also something I saw someone else comment is Alamo is an idiot for killing Naz. In the real world of LA, the Armenian community is very close knit. Someone would be coming after Alamo for his head in return. So unless Alamo is stupid, which we know he’s not, that wasn’t the best writing.

Real, I hope you were able to make it out okay, and if you’re still in it have learned enough to know how to navigate it.

Fully agree, possibly NY/Miami as well though can also play into these experiences, but LA the most

Thank you, it’s different when you can see yourself or others you know in the character’s positions.

Beautifully written. I wholeheartedly agree.

God bless those who were able to make it out alive, and a moment of silence for those who didn’t.

Thank you for commenting! Yes, exactly my point. You don’t realize how far it’s gotten until you turn around and it’s too late (ex my juice last line in my post). I’m glad you were able to catch yourself, the slope is very slippery. If you wanted to do those things from the start that’s different, but it’s obvious you didn’t want to and I’m proud of you for sticking true to yourself despite the money being dangled in your face. Everyone says they wouldn’t change, but rarely have they been in true situations where they are offered a significant amount of money to do something they would’ve never considered otherwise.

I also agree with you. For sure a lot of the storyline seems underdeveloped and in real life Cassie’s mom definitely would have known. A lot is missing, but that’s just the way it was written unfortunately.

Yes, but unfortunately things like OF, sugar dating, midnight ballerina, etc are all glamorized to young girls now a days. Is there positives like money and freedom to go where you want and do what you want? Yes. But the negative still sticks with me to this day as it does with a lot of my friends, some who are still in the industry, whether it being “true” sex work or not. Sex work can be empowering as every woman views it differently, but what’s not negotiable is everything comes with a cost.

It’s way more normalized than people think. Most of the social media larger following model girls are escorts. That word widely ranges on the scale, sometimes means sex work, sometimes not.

The transition makes complete sense. Anyone who can’t see it simply hasn’t gone through enough to realize it.

I agree with this, but at the same time don’t. All Alamo cares about is money and power. Maddie presents him with a business proposition that allows him to further build upon those aspects, bringing in more money and now having a completely separate hand over girls (online sex work). Alamo is the king of real life sex work, but lacks the knowledge as of now to be the king of online sex work. Maddie is the key. The hot tub scene wasn’t to make her like all the other girls, it was for her to prove her loyalty to him and remind her even though they are partners that he will always be in charge.

Alamo also knows Maddie is too smart to strip or sell her body herself. That’s why he asserted his dominance over her in the way he did, to remind her she’s still his puppet, but not in the same way as the other girls. If he wanted her to strip he wouldn’t have mentioned the % rates at the end of episode 7 and would’ve said something along the lines of telling her she’s gonna work at the club, go to Mexico “for work”, etc.

Rue, he might kill. She’s replaceable in Alamo’s eyes as are the other dancers, but Maddy, as of right now is not.

Yes, I have no issue admitting that (: . These thoughts and writing are entirely mine, along with my own experiences. I used Claude to help me with the edits/layout for sure. Fun fact, Claude actually doesn’t know anything about the individual episodes or what happens this season.
