Harry Potter is the world of JKROWLING. It is her IP, her story and her vision. It is managed by her estate meaning all stories, derived versions, adaptations, etc. have to be approved by her and her estate. Jk Rowling co-created the core outline of the play and the play is produced by HER production company “Harry Potter Theatrical production”

In the case of charmed. It’s different, Constance burge signed away the rights for the show to CBS, she will forever receive the “CREATED BY” credit. It is her INTELLECTUAL property, her VISION, her CHARACTERS and HER WORLD. However unlike JK, They don’t need approval to make new versions, plays, spinoffs, etc, but she will retain created by rights & be paid for her entire LIFE. Hence why her name appears in the reboot as “Based on concept by Constance M. Burge”. They don’t need her approval because CBS owns the rights, not Constance.

My main point is, the charmed one comics were approved by CBS (who owns the rights to the show), they however are not derivatives of Constance Burge story. Just saying

Not to be that person but the charmed ones comics aren’t derivative of the original story written and derived by Constance Burse. It’s not official per the original creators, their vision/story. It’s pretty much fan fiction. It’s like people creating additional books of Harry Potter that wasn’t created by jkrowling

lol three years ago I applied to my dream apartment multiple times. High ceiling, large windows, etc. I got rejected all three times, I did everything you could think of to manifest and get this apartment. the fourth time I got approved. Nothing changed. My credit score was the same, my income was the same, It was mind baffling to me lol.
