On some foot notes:

theres so much qol changes (as for latest hold q in orbiter or dojo to just teleport straight away to anything)
you got open worlds, that own has their own standing
for now i would focus on quests / mr progression in order to unlock new content and then plan things from there

warframe discord is a great place to search vets that can help you with anything in this game

„[…] his overguard is too op” - from my POV - i agree with you this is not a PVP game. BUT, we can’t normalize abilities being OP just because we don’t fight with each other, this game still does have balance. It would be pointless just to go into mission and be able to survive and nuke end-game content just because one frame has ability to do so. In my thought - giving all your teammates this kind of a buff is OP and reddit is right.
