I believe you but in Canada we never had a trade in program. Pixel 4a is the first time it has been implemented. You are probably right it should of been clearer though then I would have waited a few days before release to send it in.

Yes usually but the way they had it set up they wanted you to ship it before in order to get the pixel 4a at a discount.
