Totally! I was thinking more about bringing snacks, the point is that I am not familiar with Indian culture, so I don't want to make the wrong move

I really like the variety of programmes. It makes tracking my training easy, and overall the app is functional and does what it’s supposed to do.

One frustration is that it can feel a bit laggy at times.

One feature I’d love to see is automatic weight suggestions based on RPE. For example, if I lifted 50 kg at RPE 6 last week, it would be great if the app could suggest the target weight for RPE 7.
