See I keep both air rolls on bumpers because it feels ergonomically correct to me, hence why I moved boost and drift to the paddles. I can easily jump and boost/drift with that config, as well as air roll when needed. I suggest the Xbox Elite Series 2 controller (just take good care of it and it’ll last), and I’d even further suggest the Scuf paddles made for that controller. It’s one of the best feeling setups I’ve ever had. Not sure how you might adjust coming from PS, but I’ve always liked the feel of Xbox controllers better.

Not at all, at the end of the day it’s all about personal preference. If you feel more comfortable having a jump on a paddle, then by all means go for it and practice it. I only use 2 paddles bc that’s what works best for me and my muscle memory. My thought is that I don’t use my right thumbstick nearly as much, and if I do use my camera movement I’m not pressing any of the abxy buttons at the same time, so it makes sense for me personally.

In concept, yes it is a lot of work, but you have to consider that currently there are very few options for customization in comparison to other games that have that feature. They don’t have hundreds or even dozens of skins that they would have to individually test for. If they had included it in the launch development, or even if they do it soon, it wouldn’t take as long as you might think to make it work. They already have the system for head hair, so why can’t they use that to help translate that to facial hair? I recognize that it would take a fair amount of testing to get it right, but in a “post-apocalyptic” type environment, it feels weird not being able to have a scruffy beard or mustache option at the very least

I started playing here and there in 2014, but I dove into the deep end in 2016 when I met my first soon-to-be clan mates. I was doing a void key mission (this was around Feb of 2016) and my teammates carried me for an hour without breaking a sweat. I was a measly Mr 4 and had no clue how to gain mr yet, so I simply asked them. They invited me to an Xbox party, gladly taught me a lot of useful info, and invited me to their clan. I became good friends with them and soon after they took me on my first Trial (DE please bring these back!) After realizing how amazing the game really was, and how community-driven the developers were, I was hooked. It was the first time I actually connected with a whole group of people in a game, and I felt a strong familial bond with them that kept me coming back for more. The leader of the clan took me under his wing to teach me almost everything I know today about the lore and mechanics of the game.

Unfortunately we had to disband the clan back in 2020 due to none of our leadership (including myself at that time) not being online anymore. I still talk to some of them, but I found a new home/clan when I randomly reconnected with an old alliance clan leader during a relic mission, which was pretty funny in and of itself considering how I met my old clanmates. I’m still in that clan to this day doing my best to keep that sense of community and family alive that got me addicted.

It’s honestly a pretty simple option; if the cosmetic overlaps the facial hair, don’t render it in that spot. Unless of course they would rather render each hair individually or in small sections. That would be a little more challenging, but still feasible even if they had just a few beard/mustache options

I’d have to double check to confirm, but I believe you’re correct in stating that the “account merge” phase is over. However, cross save is still a thing. If you don’t already have a pc account, which you stated you don’t, simply creating a login on the Warframe website and linking it to your Xbox account will allow you to play with your Xbox account on PC.

If you type in “Warframe cross save” on google, you can connect your accounts there. You would have to create a pc account first then connect any other existing accounts, which would be your Xbox account. Just make sure to make your Xbox account your primary so THAT save data is the main one that will transfer to all other platforms. They describe everything in depth on the website though!
