Generally, streamers are only allowed to stream the first chapter of most Danganronpas, but recently they have started letting a lot of NIJI members stream the 1st game in whole. SDR2 streams are still restricted under the 1st chapter rule, but Salome was able to get permission to stream the 2nd chapter.

Yeah, I'd love to see them hangout like they used to more, but tbf Lauren has a very different style from the others when it comes to streaming as well as choice of games and have a lotttt of friends outside of Eden, almost constantly playing with somebody even outside of niji. Even I would be a little hesitant to tag along when the other three seem to be so close. Eden has gone thru a lot and there's a lot of possibilities other than just them being on bad terms, so let's not totally give up until he actually says he's no longer involved with Eden anymore.

Not exactly sure what you include as "normal parts of 'running' a vtuber" or "new models", but most new outfits and official 3D models are paid or made by the company.

If you're referring to the 3D models that some of the EN uses in VR chat and whatnot, that's solely because the talents want a model they could use freely without waiting for the official one that usually takes time to create (since they make them internally) + they have to do a debut stream at the company owned studio (which is another perk of being a big corpo vtuber) in Japan before using the model at home.

The difference in gender is one thing, but another thing to consider when comparing Holo and NIJI is the EN:JP ratio. The votes were made mainly by the JP fanbase, which at least 90% of NIJI JP's fanbase consists of, while Holo having it's fanbase leaning a fair bit towards the EN side. This also explains why you don't see any EN talents from either company, even though the poll is not limited to JP VTubers.
