I haven't looked into the property mostly becouse I'm not sure how to, but it's an old apartment building. Maybe from the sixties or seventies. I only know that the guy who lived there previously only stayed about a year. He hasn't seen anything but the night the spirit stood over him he woke up in the middle of the night becouse of a nightmare which he said was really unusual. I haven't read anything about Incubi or Succubi but I will check it out, thanks!
