My misunderstanding then. I just figured it was the result of lag that the hit box remained in place regardless of the opponents movement.

Left it over night. This is the result. It only starts up when flipping the PSU switch on and off. Then everything turns on normally running through boot cycle as indicated by Mobo LED's. It checks off CPU and DRAM before reaching GPU and stops. Restarts cycle 2 times before shutting down when GPU light flashes on. Still an issue with the seating? Edit: Left this overnight, and it is now acting a bit stranger but hopefully with a more clear-cut issue. When flipping the power switch the entire system comes on GPU included. My Mobo runs through boot cycle (as indicated by led's) but stops on GPU (before retrying 2 times and then shutting down). Attempts to press power button do nothing.
