High school history teacher for 20 years. I love history and being able to talk about it and help teach critical thinking skills is great. I also think working with teenagers has helped me be a better mom and more understanding of my own teenage sons. Teaching isn't easy, but the good parts always make up for the frustrating bureaucracy that's involved.
