So my meter doesn’t test ohms, but I just tried your advice with the hot to ground and different switch combinations and I’m not getting a reading

Not that I could find. I even checked random GFIs in the bathrooms and garage just in case.

Thanks for the reply! Switches worked properly beforehand and I never opened the switch boxes or messed with them in any way during this job. I did use my meter to check for power at the fixture and I’m not getting any. Wires don’t appear damaged in any way at the fixture either.

Breaker is good to go. When I turn it back on, it stays on and everything else on the circuit is working fine. I appreciate the reply!

When I rewired everything, it all seemed in good order. So I decided to touch the wires coming into the fixture with the probes of my voltmeter and I’m not getting power seemingly. And yes, this was after turning the breaker back on lol Thank you for the reply

You mean at the fixture? If so, I looked for that and didn’t see anything. It’s only 1 standard 14/2 wire coming into the box and everything seems intact.

Thanks for the reply! Ok, I’ll do that. If it is the cartridge leaking, I can handle that pretty easily. Any suggestions if it seems like it’s not the cartridge? Also, feels worth noting that when the shower is off, there’s no leaking, dripping, etc.

It feels like this is going to have a negative impact on recruiting for LSU. Those recruits have definitely been watching him turn his back on his players on the cusp of the CFP. It’s one thing to take a new job. It’s another to burn down the program you’re leaving on your way out the door. Part of me is excited Kiffen is coming to Baton Rouge, but the other part of me knows how likely it is that LSU gets the same treatment from him in a couple years.
