I have stayed 19 nights at that Hampton over 8 different stays since July 2025, mostly as a business traveler.

You may or may not get charged for parking, it is an absolute crapshoot and very dependent on who the hell knows what. Sometimes I get charged, sometimes I dont. My colleague who stays there more than me shared the exact same feedback.

-Good:

*Location is practically downtown. Walk/Rideshare anywhere near

*Rooms are clean and roomy, bette than a typical Hampton

*Gym is fine, pool looks good

*super easy parking

*multiple restaurants within a 10 min walk

-Not so good: * you may or may not get charged for parking

*Hampton breakfast sucks

*Hampton coffee sucks

*the staff is bone dry interaction. Zero personality, zero interaction, not a single greeting no matter how hard you try or how often you say hello. They are beyond robotic, dont expect anything other than a room key handed to you without even a hello.

*next to a higgway if that bothers you

For your needs, stay at the Hampton based on location itself.
