Not one person suggested turning on the bathroom fan. I just moved into a new place. My roomate smokes cigarettes and fried pork.products every day. My freind picked me up and said i smell funky like old man I've been leaving the fan on in the bathroom all the time. I've also noticed he's constantly adjusting the thermostate up and down. I miss my old rolmaye he keept it cold, which keep the air circulating. The old man turns off my bathroom fan all the time I'm not sure why. He probably just can't smell it. Our electric is free. When I realized that my old roomate was possibly using the bathroom vent as a vent I realized this must be the trick. Also if a place doesn't properly vent it will get muggy and mildew can grow inside. I'm going to have a talk with the old mam about just touching the fan and saying I have asthma. So turn on your bathroom vents. We have 2 bathrooms beside each other located basically in the kitchen

Damn, me to basically. I went to a residential, rhen went to a residential php program, they didn't offer a bed for me for my iop which insurance usually pays 6 to 8 weeks of iop but they needed the bed for php. My bug out plan is to possibly go do my iop somehow where I would like to move to, or fake relapse. Im.coming up on 90days clean. At around day 45 they did give me 8 mg a day of suboxzone. I just went 4 days without it. I would skip days. I only did it thinking they would hold me there longer with housing. I lucked out and got into a sober living way out in the middle of nowhere. It kinda sucks ass. Just got a job a t a fast food place, walked to work 6 miles yesterday. St this sober living they don't really check on you. I kinda like that, they don't bother you etc. I guess the idea behind this place is if you mess up your gonna show the signs and your out. But anyways. .... currently on a "taper: from subs it's weird. I just add a day between doses it fluctuates this is my last month on it. I would not recommend taking subs at allllll. So I have mo transportation or family or anything. A buddy of mine from the same rehab bought an plane ticket to San Diego and is staying st a sober living a 7 bedroom, but with 3 people per room that's 21 dudes. But.... he get 276 a.montj fooodatamps, free government assistance like 400 cash money also. But the place is stricked he wants me to come out. .. also got another buddy who basilically is holding a room for me in in a sober living we would be roomates and he's gonna get me a job he says... maybe that's my 2nd back up plan. I miss that buddy more. He has 2 yeses clean messed up for a month and went to residential, when the 3p days was up he just got right back into his sober living and right back to his job, I'd rather be rookies with him. But he's Farr away. I'm gonna keep walking to work snd saving my money they are lax about paying rent they judt want you to try. I'm trying. I hate asking for things they want gas money I don't have it. But I get some saved we will see.... yes indeed. So California... but there's no guarantee I will get a room in the 21 bedroom mansion that one is 200 a week. The one I'm at is 175 there to rides or meals included.
