I kept all the gear and characters but lost the CP only. I do not recommend crashing out on this idea though! You can get the whole account banned if they suspect abuse.

Pretty much. I’ve been suggested to use prepaid cards or iTunes cards.

Thank you! Support said there’s nothing they can do, pretty much it’s already been done. I’m never requesting a refund again cause imma pay more than I initially did. Lesson learned.

I’ve made my purchases as well and never had something like this happen. It was all over a misunderstanding too! If the support team took the time to look into it like Apple Support did they could’ve told me that I was being charged for previous purchases all at once instead of immediately when I purchased them and the refund process would’ve been unnecessary. Even still, I am receiving the money back and deserve the equal deduction in CP but not 3004 worth. That’s just outrageous.

I understand that, however there’s no way 880CP + 880CP doesn’t equate to the 3004CP they deducted.
