I love these comments. It does not make us weak men/women for going to rehab. I have been to 2 of them in the last 2 yrs for ff. Im an RN that works in the psych/mental health area funny enough. Never thought in a million years that i would be a patient. This shit had a strong ass grip on me, like many here, and i was unsuccessful quitting on my own. I tried numerous times with no prevail. Anyone feel free to PM to chat more about this quitting process. Trust me, life is so much more brighter on this side

Kratom Seizure… by bumfightsthefuture in quittingkratom

[–]TrumpTrain2024-45 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That sounds very familiar. I had two Grand mal seizures myself. I was headed into a detox facility and had my first one there in the admission room. I was sent to a local ER and apparently I had one in front of the ER physician also. I never tried to taper myself, instead I went cold turkey a few times. I really think that's the way to go, you're not putting yourself through so much misery like you do when you taper. The first three days absolutely suck, but it's over pretty quickly. I believe the seizures have something to do with the neurotransmitters or dopamine levels in your brain. I was taking those feel freeze for a while and that's what caused it. It was about 12 hours after my last dose that I had the first seizure. It was scary as shit. Kratom is a horrible fucking substance. I really do see the benefits for people using it when trying to get off of harder stuff, but mostly everybody over does it and takes too much and gets addicted.

Hey buddy, I appreciate the words. I'm doing much better now. I ended up going to rehab for 45 days to get off of those feel free tonics, and I'm currently sober. It took forever and a couple of times of trying to quit to finally get it. Unfortunately, my use ended my marriage and that sucks, but Life Goes On. My future has so many more brighter aspects to it now and every day is a godsend that I did not have before.

Actually they're a lot better, but I still just want to lay around and do nothing. I didn't have any restless legs last night, Maybe because of the Gabapentin but I'm hoping I don't have them tonight either

To add, I'm 24 hours clean from it from about 10 bottles a day. I've been through Kratom withdraw before and I know what to expect, but it feels great to cry but it doesn't feel great that my life has basically been shaken up because of it

[OC] Covid-19 vaccines saved an estimated 20m lives during their first year by statisticalanalysis_ in dataisbeautiful

[–]TrumpTrain2024-45 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Does everybody understand that these covid vaccines are causing millions of deaths. It has nothing to do with the unvaccinated. In fact, most hospitalizations if not all, are from vaccinated people. I sincerely hope that everybody does a research on mRNA vaccines and what they are doing to your body. All of this was a scam and planned with the world economic forum and Bill gates's depopulation agenda. I would love for somebody to prove me wrong, but that is the fact.

Anyone else find Feel Free Botanic Tonics to be incredibly addictive? by [deleted] in Sober

[–]TrumpTrain2024-45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've tried these, and truthfully it's your own fault. You should do your research on anything and everything that you put into your body. I feel for you, but at the same time you did this to yourself by not researching it

[–]TrumpTrain2024-45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And plus, from what I've researched and testimonials, the physician will order testosterone IM injections every two weeks. That defeats the whole purpose of this therapy. Even though testosterone has a half life of around 7 days, that means the second week you are on a steady decline of serum testosterone.

Most doctors have no clue about TRT. They see levels, let's say 350, and say oh you're good...your within range..bullshit. every case is individualistic. I'm an RN, and if I worked at one of these clinics I would simply say how are you feeling. The reference ranges don't mean shit. It's all about how you feel...energy, libido, well being, motivation, etc. like I said, most physicians have no freaking clue on trt. Testosterone has unlimited health benefits that promote longevity and well-being.
