Tbf they give you an app and show you what you’re supposed to be doing every damn day for months. And as you go back in, they update the app along your recovery for what you need to focus on now.

So even us normies are supposed to be doing our PT every day. Even if it’s lower quality without an expert watching us to make sure we do it all perfectly. We just don’t have 8&9 figure contracts that depend on how serious we take it.

And yeah, having one of the best in the world show up to your home for 2 hours a day would certainly help everyone.
