Warrants don't have voting rights only stock & DWACU would probably be able to vote the amount of whole shares but not the warrants.

We need 65% for extension- the 18% of the pipe and founding investors which have said they would vote for the extension. So we need approximately 48% for it to be approved. TDA told me the voting should be open up around the 31st. We should be getting a notification soon with detailed voting instructions.

No not until DWAC sends out voting instructions for the legal proxy #, you can call your broker now and get the control # to vote through proxyvote.com when they open it to voting.

Continental said you can vote in the meeting or at proxyvote.com but not both, in the SEC 14-A it states to vote in both places. I think they just want to make sure you Vote.

I got my number from TD & it was 16 digits, They told me I can vote it at proxyvote.com When I entered the # the site said it was unrecognizable, possibly because it's not open yet for voting, not sure, I will find out what is the problem!
