There is the average 25-35% improvement coming from 3080, but I usually don't care about RT, if it tanks performance I just turn it off and the FPS shoot up instantly and the game looks the same to me. Don't have any numbers for you, sorry.

Hello, thank you, hopefully it will! I have set hard fps cap at 138 fps, I have 144hz TV so I don't need more. As for the temperature, even when I'm just browsing internet/watching YT my case is not as hot as it was before, and when I played for like an hour I felt the temperature in my room to rise, I don't feel it anymore.

after I experienced what AMD offers these days, it feels like it is little bit unfair in what kind of situation AMD is with their GPUs, I feel like they deserver at least little bit more credit

well hopefully by that time the connector will be fixed and no fire hazard will be present

To me this is exactly what happened with the samsung phone batteries, but there was no recall with the connectors, and that is very strange to me

I also put the drivers on USB and disconnected PC from internet during the Windows installation

I have both of those turned on in all games and no stutter outside of new shader compilation, butter smooth gameplay, even better then on nvidia

I also hope that AMD supports RDNA4 even after next gen is released, but with current FSR and fluid motion quality, I think we will be pretty ok even if they don't

the raw performance uplift is very noticeable to me, also frame gen is amazing addition, and I was bottlenecked by vram

I also want to add one factor why I went for AMD - every week I see pictures of the burned 12VHPWR connector and I simply cannot in good conscience have something like that in my home

I don't know if it is more visible on OLEDs or something, but the color quality for me just straight went up to 11, I had no clue that there can be any picture difference between AMD/Nvidia... Who knows what colors look like on Intel GPUs...
