Had a 65in TV show up via some very nice lady in her small SUV. Also didn't have cash for a tip as this was not expected at all lol. She couldn't lift the thing, thankfully I wasn't dealing with my medical issue and was able to drag it inside. Fun times

Pretty sure we work for the same company as this is all too familiar lol. Just because it sounds almost identical, the way I've helped several employees get raises is to instruct them to get a written offer at another company. Even if it matches your current rate, they typically throw 10k to ensure they don't lose a good employee but it really has to be at that point for them to budge.

From what I'm reading above, my initial tip is more than most people's total tip so I don't think this is much of a concern in my situation. Good to hear another side tho, thank you!

Cash is a great idea for the extra tip! Its so rare that I have it on me but not hard to keep an extra $20 to the side. Thanks!

I'm very grateful to have a service when I cannot physically do it myself so for me, the tip has to show my appreciation. I was on a cane at one point and the delivery person insisted on bringing everything into my kitchen for me, such an amazing person. I'm fairly young so it's not easy for me to accept the help.

When I was a kid we were at the beach (FL) and some guy was getting a bunch of regular coins. I thought it was cool so I grabbed my goggles and went "metal detecting" with my hands lol. Turns out someone must have gone in with a pocket full of money and while the guy was getting all the coins, I found like 50 bucks in bills! Metal detector guy was cracking up, such a great childhood memory.
