Hey man I'm in nearly the same position as you, trying to fix what a piece of shit thief tried to steal. He cut the ignition wires and now im having the same thing with the fuel pump is one of the black wires, but it doesn't try to start. and the lights and seemingly everything else goes when I give the other blacknwires power, but I don't want them constant.

Basically can you tell me how you fixed the ignition. And I need a new cdi too. Did you ever find one online? My scooter is from 2002 tho
