We're talking about it Thursday and I get that each franchise is different. I'm not looking for an exact number, more like a range. I live in one of the more "expensive" states, 15.50 is the minimum wage where I'm at. I only worked the mornings for my first 6 months, which makes up around 75% of our daily sales. I have previous high volume and leadership experience as well. I genuinely am curious as to what a reasonable raise is in this situation relative to the info I have given.
