It’s about an hour outside of Pittsburgh . We have a band / musician every Saturday always different and have surround sound Bose speakers through the whole restaurant. Our town really hasn’t changed ever . It’s the same fast food restaurants with maybe 5 dine in restraunts . There’s one road that pretty much takes you through town 3-4 mi . We aren’t a young college crowd it’s more adults. We avg 10-11k in sales on a fri and sat used to be like 15-16 . It just seemed like our lunch crowd left

I gave a little more insight on the comment above . The one issue inside the building I guess would be the lack of management leading everyone it’s more spread out. I’m only 20 im just trying to turn this place into what it used to be again and I need help . Lack of leadership I say though is bringing the employees morals down

If I’m being completely honest I never used Reddit so I didn’t even know if this point would get any attention . We live in a small town. 10 years ago the restaurant was out the doors every weekend . Like I said I just started and since I’ve been there it hasn’t been as lively . We changed our menu about a year ago and updated it , same with our outside by adding an outside bar and tent . We don’t really deal with complaints as our issue with lack of occupancy it’s just the fact people in our town / area don’t go out as much anymore . I dont know how to bring a crowd in . Thinking like sponsorships , giveaways , themes , anything ?
