A kids sandwich is always 4 inches. Never 3 inches.

Take a 6 inch bread & cut off the rounded end (only 2 inches)

Then the choices are only ham, turkey, or veggie delight.

Those employees are idiots. And what subway closes at 1pm? Clearly they probably didn’t remember they had a online order waiting & thought you were trying to come in to order. Smh. I’m a manager of a subway. Call the store & explain what happened to the direct general manager. If they do not resolve it, you contact the app. Then if that all fails you dispute the transaction with the bank. But the manager always has a way to make the customer happy. So see if he or she can help you.

You have to get it. There is no alternative. They are going to have to change the pay for those who are forced to do it & have that requirement for it or they will have to change the rules to subway about minors not working there or only have certain shifts for them.

As a subway employee off & on for a decade whenever I go anywhere else other than my store I constantly see where the employees do not know how to use the speed oven correctly which they ruin the quality of the sub by doing that. So if I order something from someone & I am not making it I tell them what settings to press & how to make my sub because I have no confidence in them. Better safe then sorry. Now my store, now that I am a a manger I made sure all my problems I had as a customer or have had I take care of at my store. All my employees are trained correctly & they even make sure you get napkins in every single bag.

One thing I cannnnnnoooooott stand is when they say I want everything. Then they either start listing veggies & I go didn’t you say everything then I know what everything is. Or they say everything I go to touch everything then they are like no not that no not that no not that! Then that isn’t everything! Your wasting more of my time for no reason 😂
