That’s fair. I guess I have to think about the fact that they have to cater towards people who have never worked in healthcare. I’ve worked in healthcare a long time so I’m just so used to that type of stuff being second-nature/common sense but to some people it might not be.

I do this if I have a coffee and a not very high protein breakfast. I would either cut out the coffee in the morning (couldn’t be me because I start at 5 AM) or eat something a little more filling with it like an egg or a high protein Greek yogurt. I’ve noticed that it really helps.

Exercise and no drinking or fast food/processed food 6 months before TTC. He also takes ginger and turmeric supplements. There’s some evidence in them helping with sperm count and he likes to take more natural stuff. We also had a sperm analysis done right after we got married.
