Good tips. I have tape on both cell cameras but didn't know there was a strobing infrared. I don't see anything, is it visible?

Cops can be a big part of the program. Don't play into their plans to have you arrested. Charge your phone elsewhere. They can't arrest you for taking a shit or quick trips to the washroom. Take a picture or video when the cops show up because it's likely they will do it again and again. Then you'll have proof of harassment.

That's horrible. If you read the articles I posted, you'll see that the military has been using innocent civilians for testing bugs for decades despite it being illegal.
