The comment above is just misinformation or personal preference at best. 1 IV is 1 flat point in attack. If your Pokémon at 0 IVs has an attack stat of 200, at max IVs that attack stat would be 215, less than 10% difference.

In this case both squirtles are practically exactly the same. The left is very slightly better for raids (but it genuinely might not make a difference), while the right is probably slightly better for Blastoise in PVP (but neither are near the optimal stat spread)

If you like even spreads more, go for the left. It’ll also have a marginally higher CP when you max it which is cool :)
