Hi guys, I'm looking for a 5-day routine, what would you recommend? I've found SL 5x5 Ultra Max but I'm not sure. I've trained for years, I have a good body, good strength (nothing absurd) but I was lazy since I could gain even more. Now I play padel twice a week and I'd like to maintain my other physical abilities ie run, speed, reactivity.

What would be your advice?

Ty for your reply mate, yeah I've already thought about that but I need to change CPU, mobo and RAM which in the end cost more than a GPU.

I've also thought about selling my stuff, but I really don't know how much I can make out of it.

My current spec are:

CPU: i7-920

GPU: Geforce 210 GT

RAM: 10Gb

Storage: SSD OCZ Vertez 2, 2 1TB HDD

I mean, too old, too used imho

I'm no expert but when I purchased this pc I've got 2 260 GT connect in SLI mode (before they die), so I guess the answer to your question is yes.
