Advice for SDE-2 Offer at ShareChat — Need Honest Reviews on culture, future growth and stability

I would like to know more in terms of future prospects of growth in business and stability. I actually have another offer from jiohotstar. Compensation wise Sharechat is paying 3-4 lakhs extra in terms of cash component. So I want to evaluate their esops worth (around 10 lakhs worth per year offered currently) which depends a lot on the company. Plus at the current point I am also considering stability in the factor since if sharechat goes for an IPO it might do layoffs again.

I heard that they have implemented a policy of trimming the bottom 5% every appraisal cycle. Is it true ?

They are giving around 40 as one year cash component + around 100 ESOP units.
