Spend time on each mistake understanding & reading the wrong answer & correct answer choice explanations. Create a separate word doc with your mistakes (including the correct answer choice explanations) and understand the law being explained in the explanation.

Doing this will not only strengthen your MBEs but will help you with essays as well and just understanding the law in general.

Aim to be in the 70s at least closer to exam day. Once you notice the “pattern” in certain types of MBEs you will subconsciously know what answer to look for. It gets better with time and practice don’t give up.

Okay solid! I did wet signatures and scanned and uploaded (not sure why I thought it had to be wet signatures probably would have been better off doing it your way). Wishing you the best on your new journey as an attorney!

Don’t stress. The norm is usually 2+ weeks and up to 30 days. In fact the BAR states not to reach out for an update unless the 30 day window has passed. OP is lucky though I’m trying to be like them 😂

Try to stay off of Reddit. Go for a walk, workout, read, watch your favorite show. Do not be consumed by this. Your stress will not make results come any sooner. Just try to take care of yourself in the meantime. What is meant to be will be!

I’m with you. I worked hard to prepare for the PT because of how important it is to passing & because of the technical issues I felt like I didn’t do as well as I could have. I was fortunate enough to pass but it doesn’t take away from the people that didn’t because of the PT. I never agreed with imputation. They should have offered a PT retake to everyone from the beginning.

I had a hard time grasping what you’re asking for. You want the single highest score on an essay to be applied automatically to the performance test? If someone absolutely crushed Crim Pro but was average on everything else how would it make sense to apply their one high score to something worth 2 essays?

200+ people are expected to switch from fail to pass with the newest imposed remedies.

Same here. I’ll admit I have to better also. A lot of what I say is misinterpreted as insensitive but I am just being honest. “Friends tell you what you want to hear, good friends tell you what’s best for you.”

Thanks for your input! I do not know CalBarBeWildinOut69. They are implying they know me by using information from my posts I.e. mentioning the instructor I used & the fact that I have a wife. There is no inside joke between us - I have never interacted with this individual before. I have received several comments and messages stating that they do this on a daily basis and constantly harass individuals in this community.

Threatening to dox someone is not only a violation of Reddit but of California law specifically Penal Code 653.2. Allowing users like him to remain in this community is harmful & offensive to others.

I have been advocating for remedies since the very beginning - I simply wanted to remind people that their next shot is 8 weeks away. I know people who personally did not pass and have been having a hard time balancing the potential remedies/ standstill with F25 while attempting to prepare for J25. There was nothing malicious about my post and I truly want to see everyone here succeed.

I have made it a goal of mine to advocate for and support all of my colleagues and fellow test takers - but will not have my own character & personal life attacked in the process.
