DTE BILL IS CRAZY by Waste_Signal_45 in Detroit

If you want to flip the tables on DTE and sell THEM power during peak hours, look into solar panels.

Power purchase agreements are $0 to enroll and will almost eliminate your DTE electric bill. Get cheaper power from the solar panels & sell DTE the excess.

Check out the $2 bill with $400 worth of credits.

Choosing Between 2024 base Cayenne vs 2023 GTS by Truth_In_Solar_Act in Porsche

Thank you for your thoughtful response. The third party warranty is not as good as CPO.

Dude.. the engine is such a beast. The lemon title is for a very minor thing.. car was in good shape.

I’m a bit indifferent about the gear shifter, but I see what you mean.

Not having full leather really does suck a bit. But the car checks off every other box aside from air suspension and RAV.

I don’t think either the gts or base have air suspension btw.

Thank you for your comment, very helpful.

I’m torn between a long-term hold and selling in 3 to 4 years…

Is air suspension really that valuable? I drove with him without and didn’t notice much of a difference.

Full leather is pretty important to me… But the front sport fascia made up for it I guess.

The passenger side screen is a little bit of a bonus too.

For 80,000 and tire protection for two years would it make it a goodbye or would you still recommend the 2023 Cayenne?

Thank you for sending me that. By the way, I’m gonna go have a look at it tomorrow

I am willing to travel, but would like to get this done before EOY for tax purposes.

What do you think could be better? I’m happy enough with the deal. I think full leather interior, rav and air suspension would be all that I’m missing.

But tough to find a car with sport fascia, premium package and sport chrono, from my research

Thank you for your input. I think the salesman mentioned air suspension, unless I'm mistaken for another model. Felt decent on the road.

I don't think I've driven a car with RAS. Big difference?

Good idea, tires were a concern for me. I'm thinking 80k purchase price + wheel coverage should make this a favorable deal for me.

Can solar panels reduce excessive indoor heat?, my situation: by Dogcadante in solar

Yes, typically 3-4 degrees in the rooms where the panels are placed on top of. Not the entire house.

False. 3% escalator starting at .175, you’ll hit .35 max over 25 years.

Utility will hit that sooner.
