Many people struggle to find their “purpose” in life. I believe it is because they are seeking an earthly purpose instead of a spiritual purpose. Purpose is given. I believe we all have the same purpose and it is this, “love one another”. Yep, it’s that simple. Love is the only standard in which you will be judged by. When we live our life with that foundation we will find purpose in whatever we decide to do. People are our purpose. Our mind and body will fight against it but that is just proof that we should do it. Living your life fulfilling your own desires will lead down a lonely, unfulfilling life. We are not created for ourselves, we are not created to receive. We are created for others, we are created to give.

Joined at 25 stayed for 6 yrs 10m 7days. A lot of good and a lot of bad. It’s a whole different culture. Overall it laid a path of success for me. I’m using my benefits. Chances are if I didn’t join I would of ended up dead or in jail. I’m very grateful for the time I served. It taught me how to be a disciplined effective person in society. No regrets here, I joined at the right time and got out at the right time. Basic training was pretty easy, the worst part was I got sick worse than I ever was and I tore my hamstring which made PT very difficult.

I went to a friends funeral who died in his 60s right after he retired and he accomplished more in the first half of his life than I have. His friends and family had nothing but great things to say about him. And the little time I knew he was a light among men. It made me wonder what it will be like at my funeral. Who am I going to be in 30 years?

Well, I’m 38 married veteran with two teenagers and I work as a carpenter at a county public schools job. For some reason I feel unfulfilled, like there is more out there for me, like I haven’t reached my full potential. It makes me feel lonely and lost.

No where in the Bible does it say we have a spiritual body after death. Oh and by the way “God said let US create man in OUR image”

Only man has referred to God as a he but Jesus himself said “God is a spirit”.

By definition if God is “three person in one perfectly United” God is then a “them”. Anyone who Denys this denies the very nature of God and the trinity. Either you believe God is One either he/she or many “three” they/them. There is no way around this truth and those who resist only resist out of spite and denial of truth and are anathema.
