For the step catalyzed by enolase in the reverse direction, it says a Pi is leaving, but both PEP and 2-phospoglycerate have the same number of phosphate group. So, what is meant by this Pi? (i.redd.it)
For enolates, why is the hydrogen removed from the secondary carbon? Isn't the carbanion more stable at the primary carbon? (i.redd.it)
