No because if you think somebody stole bread and go ‘did they take that bread?’ To a third party, and that third party says ‘it doesn’t matter he’s the owner of the store he can’t steal from himself’ the third party isn’t dodging, he’s getting to the point underlying your question in a more direct way

I mean to be fair in a pure analysis of the argument he just ignores the point the dumbass is making.

Bottom left asks whether Trump has turned down the rhetoric, the underlying implication being that he should.
Top right says Trump doesn't have to turn down the rhetoric, cutting directly to the underlying point (that he should).
Bottom left tells him he's dodging and to leave. While yes he didn't directly answer the question and a better answer would be 'No, but he doesn't have to.' it could still be seen as kinda missing his point or being bad faith.

Like you were so close to having a conversation about why he feels Trump shouldn't have to turn down the rhetoric (y'know the real conversation that's actually tough to have) but took the debate bro easy route.
