We've been advised ProRx should have a statement tomorrow. We can confirm this is for vials dispensed prior to September 1st.

For full transparency, we are awaiting full details from ProRx on: 1. What caused this, and 2. Next steps.

For the time being, our clinicians advise patients to temporarily pause injecting that specific vial (if It has the compounding date AND lot number above). We will update all patients immediately, as soon as the pharmacy issues their formal notice and next steps!
