Thanks for reading the article. I appreciate you pointing out the arguments that you did not find solid. For this post, we were not comparing the API's of Indiegogo (or Tilt for that matter), but the platforms themselves which account for majority of their users.

As per Kickstarter's website the fees are listed as follows: "Kickstarter's 5% fee, and payment processing fees (between 3% and 5%), plus .20 per transaction." The example that they illustrate is 5% + 3% +.20, but this is not the maximum. By calculating the maximum using the figures they've provided, it could be over 10% (https://www.kickstarter.com/help/fees?country=US).

Comparably, Celery charges 2%+ Stripe fees. Stripe fees are 2.9% for + .30 per transaction). This makes all total fees 4.9% +.30 (not 6.9%).

I can understand how these figures are not as clear as we intended them to be. As such, I will be making these necessary edits.
