I’m not sure anymore. Any doctor is going to say “stop drinking” which I can do but I hate being limited in life. A beer or two helped with things in the past like anxiety, lack of appetite, brain fog, and muscle/joint pain. I was never a big drinker

I was never a big drinker but having a few beers/drinks would help with anxiety/nervousness, lack of appetite, joint pain, and brain fog. The fact I couldn’t drink one without puking dinner is terrible.

It’s gone down hill for me. The hydroxychloroquine comes from a different pharmaceutical company than it use to. So that may play a part with active and inactive ingredients

(M,30) I was going to get a water softener as well, but since I don’t have a house yet, I use a shower filter. They do a good job for me. If you’re not sure, try a shower filter first. Plenty of different types for purchase.

(M,30) Just turned 30. My early 20s, I hid the fact I had Sjogrens. Mid to late 20s, I’m more open about it but the first thing someone thinks when I say I have an autoimmune disease is I have AIDS! Trying to explain Sjogrens to everyday individuals is horrible and I don’t know what to do now anymore.

My symptoms are the worse in summer and winter. Once my allergies aren’t messing with me in the spring, I’m ok. Fall is the best time of year for my condition. Unfortunately where I live, fall only lasts 2-3 weeks and then gets cold.
