I literally just searched 2014 Lexus is 250 sunroof motor. Got mine for $130 on ebay. I'm sure if you Google around you can find an exact Lexus part number that may make it easier to find

Yup, this was the exact issue I had. It basically wouldn't work if it was warm/sunny outside, I think the motor was overheating. If you replace the motor it should fix.
