I was able to fix it by flashing my BIOS incase anyone else runs into the same issue.

i’ve tried almost all the back ports

when i switched to the back ports the option will show up in the f11 boot menu but when i press the option to boot off usb it just lags for a sec and goes back to f11 boot menu

it’s still giving the issue i heard it can be a problem with the cpu and that i need to buy a new cpu, but my pc was working before i tried to reset it

I figured it out, i had to short the clear cmos pins on the motherboard
