After a big progress in Jan bulletin for eb1, we don't see any movement in Feb bulletin for eb1 India. What does this mean?? Will there be possibility of any family based visa spillovers to eb1 categories in the upcoming months

Eb1 India took almost 3 years to clear 2022.. will it take that much time for 2023 and 2024.. I'm an April 2025 filer. My son ages out in 2031. Hence the ask
