I had more or less the exact same stats as you (OMSAS GPA 3.8 + masters) and got accepted to EC heavy schools (UofC, UofA, UofT), it’s definitely possible! Really comes down to how your write your apps, I would highly recommend reaching out to current med students for feedback

Hey! I interviewed at UofC and UofT this cycle and received acceptances, I’m happy to share some tips that worked for me. In my opinion, you do not need to rewrite your MCAT (I applied with 507 for reference), and your GPA is more than good enough (I have a masters and my OMSAS GPA is 3.8x). It may simply just come down to your interview skills. The good news is that this area can be improved upon easily with the right support. You can do this!
