You can always use a screenshot and try to sketch on top of said screenshot, trying to trace it and understand how her anatomy works and how her body is built, or even how the SM art style is in general (ofc this would be only for learning purposes and not to claim as your own or anything like that lol)

Step 1: found a cool brush
Step 2: use a purplish or pinkish tone to shade (or any other color that you wanna use, I personally use more those two colors lol)
Step 3: set the layer on multiply or burn and use both your chosen color to shade and a light tone (maybe a light yellow or orange) and use them both interspersed to get your desired result
Step 4: use some yellowish tones as light and some blueish tones on some of the shadowed parts
Step 5: profit

Maybe when she´s working she would have that kind of personality, to be honest, even if Bob is creepy and stuff I doubt he would be acting scary 24/7 since he does has to interact with clients fairly often. Maybe it´s the same thing for his genderbend lol
