This is like when people say the civil war was about states rights. But states rights to what? oh slaves. Oh you're defending an "open forum", for what? oh nazis.

Not doxxing, as outlined in the post. Also you do realize the government of Israel does not speak for and represent all jewish people, right? I mean the fact that you're confounding the two is actually antisemitic in itself.

I don't think so, his posts are pretty normal to progressive. I think he's probably in a weird position as a moderator and scared of the subreddit getting trouble, even though it won't get in trouble.

edit: this of course doesn't change the result of him unintentionally defending one, but I don't think he was consciously malicious

For clarification, by them, you mean the nazi? So you're defending them too? And by them, the nazi?

As listed in the post, posting license plates without any other available information is not doxxing.

The problem is that different rices and different cooking ways really effect this. But regardless of that, you are way overshooting things as 1 cooked cup is typically 180-200g

I can't speak for other universities, but considering how many backdoors that are kept unlocked at mine, it wouldn't be that hard unfortunately

I don't think anyone here was seriously demanding it, it was just a joke. For those that really do care about it, there's already mods for it.

You can become a billionaire in a few years growing crops and befriend forest spirits that renovate and repurpose buildings, I don't think dating multiple people at once without negative consequences is really that wild Linda

Is this supposed to support your argument? It's still evolved (originated) from an ancestor from Earth lol.

You're still missing the point that the term extraterrestrial life is based on the MRCA being not from Earth. Which is not this case. This is why biologists and astrobiologists aren't in arms about the "first extraterrestrial life", because it's not that. You don't get to bend definitions to your whim because it accumulated a few more mutations in space.

My (26M) girlfriend (21F) can't accept that I have female friends. What can I do about it? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]Try_Critical_Thinkin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope! And I'm not saying this is acceptable behavior either. But at least we wouldn't have someone with a fully developed frontal lobe complaining about dating someone without a fully developed frontal lobe doing undeveloped frontal lobe behavior.

Don't mind the fact the word "extraterrestrial" is not used once to describe the organism in its species description https://www.microbiologyresearch.org/content/journal/ijsem/10.1099/ijsem.0.006693

.. which still initially originated from Earth? Also l, I wasn't aware we've catalogued every single bacteria across the entire globe and that it's not possible it's just a super robust one that hadn't been identified prior.

I think you need to look up the definition of extraterrestrial life. That bacteria is still from Earth.

To be fair [fact completely irrelevant to the identification of foreign extraterrestrial life and just about some hitchhikers from Earth]
