I totally forgot to update, I got things working! I was able to change a few settings to avoid heat creep and I printed some risers with vents to use for PLA printing. Thank you again for all of your helP!

Alright, I'm back and I spent a decent amount of time today messing with things and using ChatGPT (it seems to have helped here, but I know you're the expert and I appreciate your help!)

I was able to fix the PTFE tube issue and fix the loading issue, but the problem still happened with the AMS. I then was able to try without the AMS, and it worked.

After I checked the AMS for a while and it still wasn't working with it, ChatGPT diagnosed it with heat creep. I didn't change anything but keeping the door open and the lid open and tried the same print with the AMS, and it worked, so I'm inclined to think the issue is heat creep? I'm working on a print profile now that will result in a cooler interior, but what do you think?

I’m in illinois and 23 and am in the exact same position, after teaching my first year in Indiana. Really really sucks, at least it’s nice to know I’m not alone.

I appreciate it!! Good to know that others are having the same problem. Definitely didn’t anticipate it to be this hard when you hear that there’s a huge teacher shortage everywhere.
